Q1 events for Africa and UAE: SiGMA announces 2027 dates
We are pleased to confirm that SiGMA’s Q1 events in Africa and the UAE will now take place in February and March respectively, as part of a refreshed 2027 calendar.
Following open conversations with our advisors, clients, and local teams, we felt this adjustment was the best way to create thoughtfully planned events that were more sensitively aligned with our diverse audience.
With consideration for our host communities and regional partners – particularly around the observance of the holy month of Ramadan – we’ve adjusted our agenda to make sure our events remain inclusive, accessible, and well-timed for all our clients.
As a result, SiGMA Africa will hold its Cape Town event in the month of February, while AIBC Eurasia will take place in Ras Al Khaimah and Dubai in March.
SiGMA Africa 2027
With our fourth event this year successfully welcoming 2,700 to Cape Town, we’re looking forward to seeing those numbers grow by February 2027. Taking place once more at the GrandWest, the event is set to accommodate 3,000 delegates.
This edition marks a five year milestone for the Africa event since its 2023 inception, when it launched a first show in Nairobi, Kenya before rotating to its current location in South Africa.

AIBC Eurasia 2027
With 13,000 turning out for this year’s event in Dubai, the AIBC Eurasia 2026 summit set the stage for serious growth as we look towards 2027.
We’re expecting to host 14,000 delegates, not just from the MENA markets, but internationally. The summit will also head to Ras Al Khaimah, where a full-day workshop and tour of Wynn Al Marjan Island, home to the new Wynn resort, will take place ahead of the Dubai summit. With works expected to conclude by Q1 of 2027, guests will be amongst the first to experience the resort before it officially launches.
