By inducting these visionaries into the SiGMA Hall of Game, the awards celebrate those whose lasting impact continues to influence and inspire regulatory evolution on a global scale, highlighting the importance of regulatory excellence and recognising the leaders behind the scenes.

Hall of Game: SiGMA Euro-Med 2025 Honourees

This edition of SiGMA Euro-Med Hall of Game honours the individuals whose early work was instrumental in helping to establish Malta as the first EU Member State to regulate online gaming. As SiGMA marks its first decade, we look back at the contributions of key figures who played a central role in shaping the country’s gaming framework. Their involvement in drafting legislation, setting up regulatory structures, and supporting the first wave of operators helped build a system that continues to benefit the industry and the Maltese economy today.
