The Association of Gaming Equipment Manufacturers has confirmed its board of directors for 2026 following its annual meeting, with Ryan Comstock remaining at the helm as chair and three new companies formally approved for membership.
Comstock, who represents Ainsworth Game Technology on the board, enters the second year of a two-year term. Alongside him, Randy Gilbert was confirmed as secretary and Thomas Jingoli as treasurer, completing the officer appointments for the year ahead.
Directors elected for the year
Four directors were elected for one-year terms: Elaine Hodgson, Lauralyn Sandoval, Phil O’Shaughnessy and Steve DiMasi. Between them, they represent a cross-section of the supplier community, with board seats connected to companies including Incredible Technologies, Aristocrat Gaming, International Game Technology, Light and Wonder, TableTrac, Konami Gaming and Boyd Gaming.
The spread of companies in the room reflects AGEM’s position as a collective voice for the equipment and systems side of the gambling industry, covering everything from electronic gaming devices and lotteries through to sports betting technology, iGaming products and table game components.
Two further appointments were made to ex-officio, non-voting roles on the board. Cassie Stratford and Bob Parente will serve in these positions, which AGEM described as intended to “further expand the perspectives and voices within AGEM from the global gaming community and maintain dialogue on long-term AGEM strategic initiatives.” The structure allows the association to draw on additional industry experience without altering the voting composition of the board.

New members approved
The annual meeting also confirmed new associate members joining the organisation. U.S. Bank, Sun-Fly USA and Adostics were approved at the meeting, each bringing a different commercial profile to the membership base. U.S. Bank’s inclusion reflects the growing relevance of financial infrastructure to gaming equipment operators and suppliers, while Sun-Fly USA and Adostics add technology-focused representation.
These three companies join Walker Digital Table Systems, which was previously approved for Silver membership, and CBRE, which was approved for associate membership in the same cycle. All five companies will be formally integrated when AGEM’s new financial year begins on 1 April 2026.
AGEM’s role in the supplier landscape
Founded and based in Las Vegas, AGEM operates as a non-profit international technology trade association. Its membership spans suppliers of electronic gaming devices, lottery systems, gaming management platforms, iGaming products, sports betting technology and table game components. The association engages with regulators and legislative bodies on industry issues that directly affect its member companies, giving it a practical lobbying and advocacy function beyond networking and standards work.
The annual meeting and board election are part of a structured governance cycle. Chair terms run for two years, providing a degree of continuity across the association’s strategic direction, while director positions are renewed annually, keeping the board composition open to change as the industry evolves.
What follows
With the board confirmed and memberships approved, AGEM moves into the new financial year from April with a stable leadership structure and a slightly expanded community of member companies. The five incoming members, spanning financial services, gaming hardware and technology analytics, add commercial diversity to a body that has traditionally been dominated by manufacturers and platform developers.
For suppliers and operators engaged with the global gaming equipment market, the confirmed board represents continuity of leadership at a body that regularly engages with regulators in multiple jurisdictions. Comstock’s second year as chair keeps a familiar figure at the front of those conversations.
