Five gaming firms named in 2026 Fortune Southeast Asia 500 list
Five gaming firms made it on the 2026 Fortune Southeast Asia 500 list. Leading the sector was Malaysia’s Genting Group, followed by Philippine online gaming operator DigiPlus Interactive, casino resort operator Bloomberry Resorts, Cambodia-focused NagaCorp and Malaysian lottery company Magnum.
The SiGMA Asia Market Report 2026 identified Southeast Asia as the region’s primary growth engine, with the Philippines, Vietnam, Indonesia and Thailand leading engagement and revenue trends.
Industry leaders interviewed for the report argued that regulation remains the key factor separating high-demand markets from those that can convert player activity into sustainable revenue.
“Asia is not an emerging market for gaming, it is an existing market that is still formalising,” said Joe Pisano, Founder and CEO of Jade Entertainment and Gaming Technologies.
Genting remains Southeast Asia’s gaming leader
Malaysia’s Genting was the highest-ranked gaming company on the Fortune Southeast Asia 500, placing 53rd overall.
The group operates an extensive portfolio of integrated resorts, casinos, hotels and leisure assets across Asia, Europe and North America. Its flagship property, Resorts World Genting, remains one of Southeast Asia’s largest integrated resort developments.
Genting’s position highlights the scale of land-based gaming and hospitality businesses in the region, despite increasing competition from online gaming operators.
DigiPlus climbs rankings for third straight year
DigiPlus emerged as one of the strongest performers among gaming companies, rising eight places to No. 215 from No. 223 a year earlier. The company, which operates BingoPlus, ArenaPlus and GameZone, marked its third consecutive appearance on the list.
In 2025, DigiPlus reported revenues of PHP84.2 billion ($1.46 billion), up 12 per cent year-on-year, supported by new game launches and continued expansion of its digital entertainment offerings.

The company has also continued to expand beyond the Philippines. It recently completed a HKD1.6 billion ($204 million) investment in International Entertainment Corp. (IEC) and is preparing to enter the Brazilian and South African markets.
Bloomberry Resorts holds place among top firms
Bloomberry Resorts secured the No. 303 position. The company operates the Solaire Resort brand in the Philippines and remains one of the country’s largest casino operators. Bloomberry has continued to invest in its integrated resort portfolio amid intensifying competition in Manila’s Entertainment City precinct.
NagaCorp stays on regional rankings
NagaCorp ranked No. 362. The company operates NagaWorld, Cambodia’s largest integrated casino resort in Phnom Penh. While the group has faced operational challenges in recent years, it remains one of the region’s most recognised gaming operators.
Magnum represents lottery sector
Malaysia’s Magnum rounded out the list of gaming companies, ranking No. 438. The company is one of Malaysia’s leading legal lottery and number-prediction operators, with a nationwide retail network and a long-established presence in the country’s regulated gaming market.
The presence of the five gaming firms on the Fortune Southeast Asia 500 highlights the sector’s growing influence within one of the world’s fastest-growing economic regions.
