Paradise Entertainment Ltd has secured regulatory approval in Singapore, marking a significant step in the company’s international expansion strategy.
The Hong Kong-listed company announced on Thursday that its subsidiary, LT Smart (Singapore) Pte Ltd, has been granted approved manufacturer status by Singapore’s Gambling Regulatory Authority (GRA). The approval was issued under the country’s Casino Control Act 2006 and took effect immediately.
The development allows the group to supply gaming products directly to Singapore’s regulated casino market, broadening its footprint beyond its home base in Macau.
Singapore approval opens new market
Paradise Entertainment is the parent company of Macau-based electronic casino gaming specialist LT Game Ltd, a supplier known for its electronic table game technology.
According to the company, the newly approved status was granted to LT Smart (Singapore), although it did not provide details about the specific products or services that will be offered in the market.
In a statement accompanying the announcement, Paradise Entertainment Chairman and Managing Director Jay Chun said the approval creates new opportunities for the group in Singapore.
He noted that the company intends to build on the milestone through further collaboration and growth initiatives while continuing to provide gaming technology solutions across the region.
Direct sales now possible
LT Game Chief Operating Officer Eddie Au confirmed that the approval enables the company to sell its gaming products directly into Singapore.
The approval is particularly significant as Singapore operates one of Asia’s most tightly regulated casino markets. The city-state is home to two integrated resorts that attract both domestic and international visitors, making it an important destination for gaming technology suppliers.
The move strengthens LT Game’s position as it seeks to expand outside Macau and establish a larger presence in other regulated gaming jurisdictions.
Focus on live multi-game technology
LT Game is best known for its live-dealer multi-game (LMG) electronic table gaming systems, a product category in which it has maintained a strong presence in Macau casinos for many years.
The company’s LMG technology allows multiple players to participate in live dealer table games through electronic betting terminals connected to a central gaming table.
Singapore has long been identified as a priority market for LT Game’s international growth plans. In previous comments to industry media, company executives highlighted the city-state as a strategic target for expanding the reach of its live multi-game products.
The latest approval removes a key regulatory hurdle and positions the company to pursue opportunities in the jurisdiction.
Expansion beyond Macau continues
Paradise Entertainment has increasingly focused on expanding its business outside Macau as part of a broader growth strategy.
The company has been promoting its gaming products in several overseas jurisdictions that it believes offer strong growth potential.
According to its 2025 annual report, filed with the Hong Kong Stock Exchange in April, the group has targeted markets including the Philippines, Sri Lanka, Laos, Malaysia, Vietnam and North America.
The Singapore approval adds another regulated market to the company’s expansion efforts and supports its objective of increasing the international reach of its gaming technology business.
For Paradise Entertainment and LT Game, the new manufacturer status provides access to a key Asian gaming jurisdiction and creates a platform for further regional growth.
