During AIBC Eurasia 2026 in Dubai, representatives from SiGMA Group presented Payment Center with the official SiGMA Vision 2030 book in a symbolic moment that highlighted partnership and forward-thinking ambition. The presentation took place on 11th February at Dubai Festival City, marking a key milestone for both organisations at one of the region’s most influential technology gatherings.

The book was formally handed over by Renee Micallef Decesare, Head of Media Sales at SiGMA Group, to Alexander Aukhariev, CEO of Payment Center, at the company’s striking exhibition booth. Also present at the presentation was Kyle Mifsud, Customer Success Manager at SiGMA Group, reinforcing the collaborative spirit behind the initiative. As the official partner of the Vision 2030 book, Payment Center’s involvement reflects its strategic alignment with SiGMA’s long-term roadmap for global growth and innovation.

During the presentation Alexander emphasised the importance of the partnership, “Being the official partner of the SiGMA Vision 2030 book is both an honour and a responsibility for Payment Center. For us, this is not just about sponsorship, it is about contributing to the long-term narrative of how technology and payments will evolve over the next decade. The payments industry is transforming rapidly: cross-border flows, digital assets, AI-driven risk management, embedded finance  all of this is redefining global commerce.”

A shared vision

The presentation provided an opportunity to reflect on Payment Center’s own strategic direction. Speaking with SiGMA during the presentation, Alexander shared, “Projects like Vision 2030 are important because they document the thinking behind innovation. They capture not only where we are today, but where we are heading. And shaping that narrative responsibly is crucial for building trust, transparency, and sustainable growth in our industry. We believe that if we want a strong future for fintech, we must actively participate in defining it.”

He went on to emphaise the importance of events like AIBC Eurasia in Dubai and the opportunities the summit can provide, “Through events like AIBC Eurasia and initiatives like the Vision 2030 book, it creates meaningful dialogue across markets. For Payment Center, this ecosystem is extremely valuable. It allows us to build strategic partnerships, enter new regions, understand regulatory shifts early, and stay aligned with industry leaders. Long-term partnerships like this create consistency and trust and in payments, trust is everything.”

These priorities closely mirror the broader themes of Vision 2030, focusing on sustainable expansion, innovation-led growth and responsible scaling in a rapidly evolving global payments landscape.

As an official partner, Payment Center plays a key role in supporting the ecosystem that powers this growth. Notably, the book includes a foreword from Alexander Aukhariev featured on the back cover, a testament to the strategic importance of the collaboration. “Our partnership with SiGMA is built on shared values: innovation, global connectivity, and entrepreneurial spirit. SiGMA is more than an event organiser, it is a platform that connects East and West, startups and institutions, regulators and innovators,” he shared.

A high-impact booth

Payment Center’s booth stood out on the exhibition floor as a creative showcase of innovation. Designed with a plush neutral aesthetic and featuring relaxing chillout zones across two stories, the space combined sophistication with comfort. It provided an inviting environment for delegates to connect, network and explore the company’s forward-looking payment solutions.

The presentation of the Vision 2030 book at the booth added a ceremonial dimension to the setting, drawing attention from attendees and underscoring the strength of the partnership between the two organisations.

Alexander gave some insights into what is on the horizon for the company over the next year, “This year, our focus is on three main priorities. First is geographic expansion. We are strengthening our presence across Europe, the Middle East and emerging Asian markets, with new acquiring corridors and local payment methods. Second is product diversification. We are expanding our infrastructure to support alternative payment methods, faster settlements, improved cross-border optimisation and AI-driven risk management. Third is operational excellence and compliance. As the industry matures, resilience, regulatory alignment, and transparency become competitive advantages. We are investing heavily in technology and governance to scale responsibly.”

Forward thinking

The book presentation at AIBC Eurasia 2026 symbolised a partnership rooted in shared ambition and a collective drive to shape the future of fintech, payments and global tech events.

Don’t miss the upcoming SiGMA Africa 2026 summit in Cape Town this 03-05 March, where industry leaders and visionaries will once again come together to explore new markets, emerging technologies and transformative partnerships. As the Vision 2030 journey continues, SiGMA’s global stage remains the place where ideas turn into action and where the next chapter of growth is written.
