Malta-based iGaming supplier Yggdrasil has entered the regulated United States online casino market for the first time after launching its content through an exclusive partnership with Caesars Entertainment in Michigan and New Jersey.

Announced on Tuesday, the agreement marks Yggdrasil’s commercial debut in the US and will see the supplier’s games made available across three Caesars-operated online casino brands: Caesars Palace Online Casino, Caesars Sportsbook & Casino and Horseshoe Online Casino. The launch covers the regulated online casino markets in both Michigan and New Jersey.

The move represents the latest step in Yggdrasil’s international expansion strategy and follows several years of preparations for entering North America.

Caesars adds Yggdrasil content in two regulated states

Under the agreement, Caesars customers in Michigan and New Jersey will gain access to Yggdrasil’s online casino portfolio through the operator’s digital gaming platforms.

The integration has been delivered through Aristocrat Interactive, enabling Yggdrasil to launch its games within Caesars’ existing online casino infrastructure in the two regulated jurisdictions.

The first title to go live is Valley of the Gods, with additional games from Yggdrasil’s portfolio expected to be introduced on Caesars’ platforms over the coming months.

Ricardo Cornejo Rivas, Vice President of Online Gaming at Caesars Digital, said the partnership aligns with the operator’s strategy of expanding its online casino offering. Ricardo said, “This partnership reinforces our commitment to bringing players fresh and entertaining gaming experiences across our online casino platforms. We’re proud to introduce Yggdrasil’s innovative content to players in Michigan and New Jersey and look forward to building a strong and successful partnership together.”

Valley of the Gods leads US launch

Yggdrasil has entered the US market with Valley of the Gods, one of the supplier’s longest-running and most recognised slot titles. Originally launched in 2017, the Ancient Egypt-themed 5×5 slot includes features such as multipliers, respins, extra lives and hidden treasure blocks. The game has remained one of the supplier’s best-known releases across international regulated markets.

The company said more titles from its portfolio will become available to Caesars players in the coming months as the rollout progresses.

Aurora Armaro, Head of Region for LATAM and USA at Yggdrasil, described the launch as a significant milestone for the supplier’s international growth.

“Launching our first game in the United States with one of the industry’s strongest operators represents a major milestone for Yggdrasil. We see this partnership as the first of many opportunities to bring premium content to players across the North American market.”

The launch also comes as interest in regulated online gaming continues to grow across the country, with players increasingly seeking out information on the best US online casinos and the latest game releases available through licensed operators.

US expansion follows years of preparation

Yggdrasil’s entry into the United States comes nearly five years after the supplier first signalled its intention to expand into the North American market.

In November 2021, the company signed a content distribution agreement with IGT, allowing the gaming technology provider to distribute Yggdrasil’s online slot portfolio across regulated markets in the United States and Canada. While that agreement established a route into the region, the Caesars partnership represents Yggdrasil’s first live commercial deployment with a US operator.

The supplier has also expanded its presence across other regulated markets in recent years. In Latin America, Yggdrasil entered Colombia through a partnership with Rush Street Interactive in 2022, making its slot portfolio available on the operator’s RushBet platform.

In recent months, Yggdrasil has continued to expand across regulated markets. During 2026, it extended its partnership with Admiral into Serbia after earlier launches in Croatia and Italy. The company also signed a partnership with Codere Italia to expand its presence in Italy and announced three commercial agreements to strengthen its presence in Brazil.

The Caesars agreement adds the United States to Yggdrasil’s growing portfolio of regulated markets following recent expansion across Europe and Latin America.
