The SiGMA Foundation continues its mission to transform communities through tangible initiatives as it announces a major joint effort with the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR) to provide 3,500 wheelchairs to families in need across the Philippines. This initiative underscores SiGMA Foundation’s commitment to social impact, focusing on accessibility, empowerment, and the betterment of communities where support is most needed.
Over the years, PAGCOR has actively supported SiGMA Group’s regional initiatives, including the ongoing SiGMA Asia Summit, taking place in Manila from 31 May to 03 June 2026, which is backed by PAGCOR’s formal endorsement. The partnership highlights a shared vision of fostering social responsibility alongside industry growth.
Since its establishment, the SiGMA Foundation has successfully executed a range of philanthropic projects across the Philippines. Recent initiatives include the inauguration of the Batiawan Community Centre and broader philanthropic projects supporting youth, education, and community infrastructure throughout the region. Previously, in 2024, the Foundation financed a 52-seater bus for the Jose Depiro Kabataan Orkestra in Bataan, enabling young musicians to participate in concerts and further their artistic development. That same year, a versatile multi-sensory hall was inaugurated in Bataan to promote both artistic and musical growth, with future plans for housing projects to benefit marginalised communities.
Eman Pulis, Founder of SiGMA Group, reflected on the broader mission of the Foundation: “From chasing millions to changing millions. In my 30s, my dream was to become a millionaire, to achieve financial freedom. Ten years later, the dream remains, but the metric has changed. Today, I measure wealth by the number of lives impacted. If I can help lift a million people out of poverty, then I’ve become a true millionaire. That’s my personal commitment to the SiGMA Foundation. One million lives. One true legacy.”
The 3,500 wheelchair donation exemplifies the Foundation’s ongoing commitment to creating meaningful change in collaboration with partners like PAGCOR. The initiative provides mobility solutions to families, ensuring greater independence and enhanced quality of life for those living with physical disabilities.
SiGMA Foundation invites the public, partners, and supporters to engage with its projects of hope and action, helping extend assistance to communities across the Philippines. By joining these initiatives, stakeholders can participate in building a more inclusive and empowered society, one life at a time.
