Wynn Al Marjan Island introduces 26-acre Oasis staff community
Wynn Resorts has revealed details of a purpose-built residential community designed to house the majority of staff working at its upcoming UAE integrated resort, Wynn Al Marjan Island.
Named Wynn Oasis, the development is planned to accommodate approximately 80 percent of the resort’s workforce and will span more than 105,000 square metres, equivalent to 26 acres. Upon opening, the community is expected to house over 7,000 team members across 15 vertical residential communities and is scheduled to welcome residents in summer 2026.
Located around a 15-minute drive from Wynn Al Marjan Island, the project has been developed by Wynn Design and Development and is described by the company as a new benchmark in colleague living within the global hospitality sector.
Residential living designed to hospitality standards
According to Wynn, accommodation at Wynn Oasis will be delivered to guest hospitality standards rather than conventional employee housing. Residences will feature smart TVs, dedicated workspaces and high-speed Wi-Fi, alongside hotel-quality linen, terry towels and a choice of pillows. A weekly laundry service will be provided for colleague bedding.
Each resident will have access to private bathrooms and fully fitted kitchens, pantries and laundry facilities. Apartments will be equipped with cookware, dishware and essential kitchen amenities, as well as personal safes and curated welcome amenities on arrival.
In addition, colleagues will be able to access The Beach House, a dedicated hotel-grade guest building offering accommodation for visiting family members. The facility will be supported by a concierge service aligned with five-star hospitality operations.
The Pearl at the centre of community life
At the heart of Wynn Oasis will be The Pearl, a multi-amenity hub integrating fitness, entertainment, social and wellness facilities under one roof. Amenities will include a state-of-the-art Technogym-equipped fitness centre and studios, two swimming pools and a multi-purpose indoor sports arena designed for padel, tennis and football.
Residents will also have access to a cinema, karaoke studio and a dedicated e-sports gaming lounge. Essential on-site services will include retail outlets for groceries, grooming and banking, alongside a medical clinic, pharmacy and tailoring facilities.
Inclusive transportation services will connect the residential community to Wynn Al Marjan Island in under 15 minutes, with additional weekend services linking residents to malls, beaches and nearby city destinations.
Dining, outdoor spaces and village-style design
Dining will play a central role in everyday life at Wynn Oasis, with six food and beverage outlets run in-house by Wynn’s culinary team. The offering will be anchored by two sit-down venues: The Reef, a relaxed buffet-style restaurant, and Victory Sports Bar & Lounge, a 197-seat space showing live sports throughout the day and night.
Four grab-and-go concepts will complement these outlets, including Stacked, a gourmet burger concept; Slice, specialising in artisanal pizza; Zen, serving Asian-inspired rice bowls; and an artisan coffee house.
The community has been intentionally designed to feel like a residential village rather than traditional staff housing. Landscaped with more than 65,000 plants and over 500 trees, Wynn Oasis will feature shaded walkways, gardens and a central event lawn. A professionally designed one-kilometre running track will weave through green zones, supporting everyday movement and outdoor wellbeing.
Outdoor amenities will include La Rêve Plaza, a purpose-built venue for community celebrations, live performances, cultural gatherings and open-air cinema, alongside Al Safa Garden, a nature-rich retreat designed for quiet reflection.
Wynn University to support long-term career development
A defining feature of the development will be Wynn University, a fully operational on-site learning campus integrated into the residential community. Designed to support long-term career development, the facility will include professional culinary training kitchens, food and beverage laboratories, digital learning spaces and specialised training laboratories.
The campus forms part of Wynn’s broader strategy to invest in workforce development alongside the launch of its first integrated resort in the Middle East.
As part of the broader entertainment culture embraced by the resort, interest in digital leisure experiences such as online free casino games continues to grow alongside more traditional recreational offerings.

Wynn Al Marjan Island development context
The announcement follows significant construction progress at Wynn Al Marjan Island. In December 2025, the project officially topped out, with the main tower reaching its highest structural concrete point after more than two years of construction.
Located on Al Marjan Island in Ras Al Khaimah, the development is being delivered by Wynn Resorts in partnership with Marjan and ALEC and remains on track for a planned opening in spring 2027. The tower has reached 283 metres across 70 floors and is expected to rise to 352 metres once its spire is installed in 2026, making it the tallest man-made structure in the emirate.
The $5.1 billion integrated resort will include 1,530 rooms and suites, 22 food and beverage venues, a theatre, luxury retail outlets and a marina. The Ras Al Khaimah Tourism Development Authority has said the development is expected to generate more than 9,000 jobs and contribute to ongoing tourism growth in the emirate, which welcomed 1.35 million overnight visitors in 2025.
