Pasay Mayor to welcome delegates at SiGMA Asia Summit 2026 opening ceremony
The SiGMA Asia Summit 2026 is privileged to host a special guest, Mayor Emi Calixto-Rubiano of Pasay City, who will deliver a welcome address at the start of our opening ceremony on the 02nd of June 2026 at the SMX Convention Center in Manila.
The Hon. Mayor Calixto-Rubiano will deliver a welcome address at this event for attendees of the SiGMA Asia Summit, representing various industries, including international gaming, technology, and digital innovation sectors, all gathering as part of one of Asia’s most significant business and commercial events. The Hon. Mayor will discuss how vital collaboration, investment and innovation can further economic growth in the Philippines, positioning it more firmly as a key location for connectivity and commerce within the Asia Pacific region.
The Mayor’s address forms part of a distinguished line-up of speakers opening the summit, including SiGMA Group Founder Eman Pulis, Deputy Speaker Hon. Maria Rachel Arenas, and PAGCOR Chairman and CEO Alejandro H. Tengco.
After the opening remarks by Mayor Calixto-Rubiano, VIPs will accompany Eman as he cuts the ribbon on stage. This will be the start of business networking, development and business talks.
